Biography
You’re carrying a lot, and it’s okay to admit that things feel heavy right now. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or feeling like you’re barely holding it together. You might be struggling to express what’s going on inside, dealing with urges to self-harm, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave you isolated and defeated. Relationships may feel hard to navigate, and your self-worth might be running low. If this sounds familiar, please know you’re not broken—you’re human. And you don’t have to go through this alone.
As a DBT-trained therapist, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you’re accepted just as you are. Together, we’ll work toward the changes you long for, at your own pace. I enjoy supporting adolescents, adults, and parents, and I’m committed to providing LGBTQ-affirmative care where all identities are welcome.
I want to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion—not judgment. Together, we’ll explore ways to meet your needs more effectively, using skills that support real, lasting change. Through a balance of acceptance and growth, we’ll build on your strengths and work to ease the pain that’s been weighing you down. I believe in you and I hope to work with you!
I am originally from Boise, Idaho and I have also lived in Florida, New Mexico, and now Utah. I became a therapist because I have had therapists of my own who have helped me overcome many challenges and it has impacted my life positively. I want to offer that same support to my clients. In my free time, I enjoy snuggling with my two dogs, watching documentaries with my partner, and eating good food.
