Biography

Using a compassionate and holistic approach, we will use a balance of your strengths and your life experiences to create a realistic path to reach your individual and relationship goals. We will develop strategies to help you cope with your current challenges and give you the tools to face future hurdles through building confidence, vulnerability, and resilience!

I earned a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts, Global, and have over fifteen years of experience in various client-facing roles, including working in community mental health settings like residential treatment centers and as a hairstylist in both Los Angeles and Denver.

I focus on fostering healing and growth within diverse couples and individuals in navigating the intricacies of their relationships. I also have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families managing disability, chronic illness, medical trauma, and grief and bereavement, and have a personal understanding of the impacts these conditions can have.

I recently moved back to my hometown in the Los Angeles suburbs with my husband and our two dogs after living in Denver, Colorado for five years (and experiencing real weather!). When I’m not with clients, I love riding my motorcycle, seeing live music, and tending to my houseplants!
