Biography
Life is not linear and neither is healing.
I am passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves by instilling the use of healthy coping skills that can be utilized in your day-to-day life.
I graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. I then received my Master of Public Administration at Southern Utah University. After my schooling I went on to work for a nonprofit helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault develop a sense of safety, support, and independence as they navigated the next chapter of their life. I also worked alongside law enforcement as an advocate for those experiencing a traumatic. I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at the University of Utah to expand
my knowledge and gain the clinical experience needed to help individuals in a therapeutic setting.
In my spare time I enjoy going on adventures with my Corgi and Chihuahua or going on a leisure walk, weather permitting as my Corgi overheats easily and I do too. I am a food lover and love to try new foods. I’ll never say no to tacos. My perfect night of relaxation consists of a crime documentary, Thai take out and popcorn.
With empathy and compassion, I will accompany you on your journey of self-discovery and self-sufficiency.
